Join us for a intense exercise with FITNESS Trainer to get you sweating at East River Park Amphitheater in East Village 

12:30PM-1:30PM
Water & CitiBike available
then off to Central Park 
33 min (5.6 miles) we are stopping E36th and FDR for short break

4. SOUL @ Central Park

Enjoy LIVE music as we complete the last leg of The Challenge
